An exciting opportunity has arisen within Forth Valley Royal Hospital for a kind, caring, hard-working and motivated individual to join our team as a Clinical Support Worker. The successful applicant will have a flexible approach to the role and will support Registered Nursing staff in the delivery of high-quality patient-centred care. You should possess excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You must promote high-quality person-centred care and have a genuine interest in caring for people who are unwell. A willingness and appetite for life-long learning and advancing the role of the Clinical Support Worker are essential for your personal development. You will be expected to work a flexible work pattern which includes day shifts, night shifts, and weekend rotations. The duties of this post require the successful candidate to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme. More information on this scheme can be found at:
