Clinical Support Workers undertake a range of activities to support the work of the team. This includes supporting the implementation of positive behavioural support plans, undertaking home visits, and supporting young people and their families in outpatient appointments.

Within this role, clinicians work with minimal supervision but under the direction of senior clinicians, including nurses, psychologists, and the medical team.

Our teams are passionate about what they do, in a community they love - a community of warm, honest, and hard-working people who are delivering essential care.

Every day is different and not without its challenges. We strive to ensure our staff have the support they need to tackle these challenges and time to embrace new opportunities.

We are recruiting dedicated people who are seeking to work in a creative and supportive environment - people who want to deliver the best possible mental health care for people across Norfolk and Suffolk.
