Key Responsibilities: Develop and Deliver Neuroscience Training: Create and implement training programs for HCPs, focusing on new and experienced botulinum toxin injectors. Optimize Customer Access: Utilize both face-to-face and virtual contact to provide market-leading training and support. Build Customer Relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers and play a vital role within the matrix team to anticipate obstacles and develop robust action plans. Lead Training with ROI Focus: Conduct training sessions with an entrepreneurial mindset, ensuring return on investment (ROI) and alignment with strategic goals. Brand Champion: Serve as the internal point of reference for all product-related queries regarding injector training. Budget Management: Ensure appropriate budget allocation and accurate phasing for injector training events, aligning with the brand strategy. Compliance: Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure all training programs comply with relevant regulations and standards. Understand NHS Dynamics: Have a deep understanding of the NHS customer group, payment flows, patient pathways, market access challenges, and regulatory bodies (MHRA, ABPI, SMC, AWMSG). Integrate Account Strategy: Ensure integration between account strategy and training offerings, identifying and acting on mitigating factors or challenges. Influence Opinion Leaders: Work with opinion leaders to influence others and align actions with the wider Brand Advocacy plan. Drive Brand Recognition: Ensure customers are confident and supported in advocating Dysport as the Neuroscience product of choice. Project Ownership: Take ownership and accountability for tactical projects. Stakeholder Collaboration: Drive collaboration among major stakeholders, ensuring alignment and execution of plans. One Team Mindset: Work collaboratively to shape and influence the successful implementation of strategy. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing, Healthcare, Education, or a related field. Proven clinical experience, with previous experience in a training or educational role delivering botulinum injections, preferably with experience of cervical dystonia. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CPR, BLS, or other clinical education certifications. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using educational technology and simulation tools. Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design. Other Requirements: Ability to travel as needed. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Part time/Full time: Nature of role dependent on applicant with opportunity to continue working in NHS and work for Ipsen part time as clinical trainer if appropriate.
