On-site for ease and convenience What You'll Do: Clinical Triage & Assessment:

You’ll work independently as an expert clinician, conducting thorough assessments of clients with a range of presentations, particularly those with neurological conditions. Using your clinical reasoning, you’ll determine which of our services is best suited for each client’s needs. Collaborative Decision-Making:

Work closely with acute services, GPs, and other healthcare providers to streamline patient pathways into our rehab centre. Your assessments will be crucial in identifying the best clinical pathways for clients. Communication Master:

Your ability to communicate with patients, families, and colleagues is key. Whether it’s explaining care plans to clients with communication difficulties or discussing recommendations with healthcare professionals, you’ll be the voice of clarity and compassion. Team Leadership:

Act as a trusted advisor within the multidisciplinary team, offering your expertise to guide clinical decisions and supporting the development of trusted assessor processes. What We're Looking For: A skilled clinical practitioner with a strong background in neurological conditions and rehabilitation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with clients facing cognitive, physical, or emotional challenges. Confidence in clinical reasoning, assessment, and decision-making, with the ability to manage complex cases. The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, while also being comfortable working independently.
