The Role

We have a great career opportunity for a Clinical Trials Volunteer Administrator. This role is based at Quotient's Nottingham site in the Recruitment team. The Recruitment team is responsible for ensuring the smooth induction of healthy volunteers who are taking part in clinical trials in the phase 1 clinical research unit onsite in Ruddington, Nottingham.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the Volunteer Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Coordinators in all aspects of volunteer recruitment retention.

Tasks and responsibilities will include:

Attend appropriate study/ departmental meetings Generate query and telephone screening checklists from inclusion/ exclusion criteria listed in the Clinical Protocol and Informed Consent Forms Set up study details on the Volunteer Database with new and existing volunteer details Continually update the Volunteer Database Direct communication with volunteers by telephone and face-to-face meetings Run regular Volunteer Database searches to source appropriate volunteers for trials Archive studies as appropriate Provide general administration support as required Quality control of files The Candidate

The successful candidate will be a strong administrator, ideally with experience maintaining databases and a good eye for detail. You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and have a proven track record of delivering a high level of customer service.
