We are looking for an experienced Clinical Team Lead who is seeking a rewarding job within one of our Hafod Nursing homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high standards of care and well-being for all residents. The Clinical unit Lead will play an active part in the management of the home with particular emphasis on clinical nursing leadership. Please note this vacancy is open to current Hafod colleagues only. This is a temporary role working 20 hours per week. What you'll do

To ensure the highest possible standards of care and wellbeing are maintained in accordance with the NMC’s Professional Standards of Practice and Behaviour and Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016. Supporting the Home Manager and deputy home manager, playing an active part in the management of the Home, with particular emphasis on clinical nursing leadership. Support the Home Manager in establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with all stakeholders. Be responsible for the management and delegation of duties to all nursing and care staff within their area of responsibility. What you'll need

You will be RMN/RGN qualified with a current NMC pin. A management qualification ILM level 3/5 or a QCF level 5 would be desirable. Benefits
