Qualifications
Post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychology accredited by the BPS. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Eligibility for Chartered Status with the BPS. Experience
Experience of working with adults accessing psychological services. Experience with individuals facing complex mental health difficulties. Experience working with families and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience with a variety of service user groups, employing complex methods of assessment and intervention. Skills
Complex psychological assessment skills and care planning. Ability to develop comprehensive formulations using various information sources. Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing. Proficiency in keyboard skills and use of technology. This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and will require a submission for Disclosure to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
