Job Description: R1178353 Customer Journey Marketing Executive Bupa Place, Salford Quays, Manchester (M50 3SP) Hybrid working options (e.g. up to 3 days WFH) Fixed Term Contract – 12 months Full Time, 37.5 hours per week Up to £28,000 DOE + fantastic benefits. Role Overview Working with the Clinics Marketing Manager, the Customer Journey Marketing Executive will be responsible for delivering a programme of engagement and retention activity to drive retention and value within our existing customer base, enabling the business to achieve target by maximising customer profitability. The successful candidate will help develop appropriate journeys and touchpoints for the products within the Clinics portfolio, utilising design, copywriting, and analytical skills. You will work closely with the database and marketing effectiveness teams as well as managing the Clinics Health Content team resource for new written and multimedia content. This role requires someone with the desire to enhance and improve what we currently do well and an appetite to test and learn. What you’ll do: Champion Bupa Health Clinic’s full product range, the brand, the customer, and their needs through all communications. Build key relationships with other Bupa business units and key stakeholders to understand current upsell and cross-sell activity and identify future opportunities to drive customer revenue. Work with the clinic's marketing managers to develop a content calendar for email campaigns. Plan and develop new content, such as videos, articles, and infographics, while seeking to optimise existing content. Work closely with the database and marketing effectiveness teams, as well as collaborate with the Clinic's Health Content team to develop new written and multimedia content. Understand the customer journey in centres and develop appropriate communications at key touchpoints. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, making continuous improvements to enhance customer experience and drive commercial performance. Liaise with all areas of the business to ensure that staff are always fully briefed on the current status of marketing campaigns and performance. Ensure all communications meet brand, legal, and compliance requirements and are compliant with FCA and advertising standards requirements (where relevant). What you’ll bring: Educated to degree level or equivalent with some marketing experience. An understanding of customer touch points across the whole marketing mix. Strong planning and organisational abilities. Have a working knowledge of design tools. Content calendar management. Have a working knowledge of how to interpret analytics for reporting. Copywriting skills. Strong communication and presentation skills with a positive persuasive manner, capable of influencing others. An ability to build and manage effective relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. Implementation experience in the latest tools, methods and approaches that are driving cross-channel campaigns. Why Bupa? We are a health insurer and provider.
