28 October 2024 Cloud Accounting Director - Top Regional Firm - Lancashire - To £80,000 plus bonus (negotiable depending on client-base following) Cloud Accounting Director Description: Vaisto Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading Northwest regional accountancy practice in their search for a Cloud Accounting Director to join their growing team in Lancashire. This is a newly created role which will work alongside the Partnership team to support the firm's continued growth and development. Cloud Accounting Director Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be a Director or experienced Senior Manager ready to take a step up. Extensive experience in running a cloud accounting portfolio at a senior management level is essential, together with strong people management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Key Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for a cloud accounting client portfolio, developing key client relationships, providing strategic and commercial advice through accurate management information, and championing excellence in client service. If desired, the portfolio can offer a mix between cloud accounting and general practice accounting services. Ensuring work is completed in a timely manner to the expected high standards through successful management and delegation to managers and the wider team. Collaborating closely with the Partners in business development and networking opportunities. Cloud Accounting Director - Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience in managing a cloud accounting client portfolio at Senior Manager or Director level within an accounting practice. Experience in business development and client acquisition would be preferred. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and guide a team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective client relations. A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
