Cloud Administrator

to join our dynamic Service Delivery team. As a Cloud Administrator, you will serve as a key point of escalation for complex customer issues, provide second-line support, and contribute to the continual improvement of our cloud services. This role is critical in ensuring our customers’ platforms are monitored, maintained, and optimised for success. Key Responsibilities Handle and resolve 2nd line support tickets, escalating to 3rd line when needed. Mentor 1st line colleagues to help them grow their technical skills. Administer and manage patching schedules. Participate in the on-call rota to support our 24/7 operations. Monitor customer platforms, ensuring reliability and performance. Build strong relationships with customers and identify areas for improvement. We want to hear from you if you:

Have experience with

Microsoft 365 Administration

and

Microsoft Azure

(Networking, Backup, Storage, App Services, AVD, Entra ID). Have knowledge of

Windows Server ,

Active Directory ,

Microsoft Intune , and

Meraki . Are a strong communicator with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. Are proficient in ITSM tools and have familiarity with Change Management processes. A proactive attitude, excellent time management, and a desire to continually improve. Shift Patterns : Operational hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with shift patterns from 8:00 am–4:30 pm or 9:30 am–6:00 pm. At iomart, we’re committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
