We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our Technology and Business Transformation team and provide first and second line support for operational technology that United Welsh uses to deliver its services.

This role involves using problem-solving and multi-tasking skills to investigate issues in systems, processes, and services, manage assets in the Cloud, and maintain the desktop estate used by United Welsh staff to access services. As Cloud Engineer you will also train colleagues across the business on how to best use the operational systems and hardware used by the organisation.
