Cloud Engineer required for a leading provider of the latest cloud workforce management solutions with over 400 customers in all parts of the UK. This position will be based at their head office in Letchworth Garden City and the successful candidate will be based at their office full time.
Cloud Engineer Position Overview
Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions to support our Workforce Management platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance. Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to optimize application performance and resource utilization in the cloud environment. Manage cloud resources efficiently, including compute instances, storage, databases, networking, and other services, to meet business requirements and budget constraints.

Essential Some experience on cloud support Red Hat/Centos Linux, diagnostics, management and monitoring XCP-NG, installation, backups and replication PKI, Linux security and networking, basic scripting Storage systems, iSCSI and performance monitoring Desirable Zabbix, PRTG Cisco firewalls, routing (BGP), switching, HSRP Dell EMC servers and storage PostgreSQL management and monitoring ISO27001
