If you're ready to take your next big step, we’d love to hear from you! Primary Duties and Responsibilities Configure and build customer environments for go-live. Respond to customer support tickets and provide solutions to technical challenges. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This internship position is primarily home-based but may require work in our Manchester office throughout the internship program. Required Education and Experience In pursuit of a bachelor's degree or graduate-level degree in Computer Science. Junior, Senior, and Graduate level students preferred. Prior internship experience is desirable, but not required. Knowledge or experience within any of the following areas is a plus: Software development life cycle (coding, packaging, testing, and deployment). Powershell scripting, GIT Hub, Azure DevOps, Terraform. Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS). Microsoft Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 R2/2016, IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory. Automating processes using PowerShell, Azure PowerShell Modules, REST APIs, JSON, or ARM Templates. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Highly motivated and self-directed. Possess basic knowledge of and a keen interest in finance. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations. Comfort with speaking to individuals and presenting to large groups. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong ability in building and maintaining positive relationships. Proven ability to identify and resolve problems while maintaining professionalism. Strong organizational skills across both a team and individual setting. Able to work on a broad variety of projects. Adaptable to changing needs and situations.
