Cloud Resource Management Manager

will play a key role in ensuring that we have the right resources in place at the right time to meet project deadlines and customer expectations. In this role, you'll manage the allocation and optimisation of cloud resources throughout the migration lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project timelines and scope. Working closely with project managers, the Cloud Forecasting & Reporting Manager, and other stakeholders, you'll track resource utilisation, identify gaps, and provide insights that help drive operational efficiencies. Your strategic input will ensure that resource planning is streamlined and effective, contributing to the smooth delivery of migration projects. Join us at Unit4 and help us shape the future of cloud migration! Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Develop and implement the

resource planning model . Manage the allocation of cloud resources

at each stage of the migration lifecycle to align with project timelines and scope. Continuous tracking and monitoring

of resource utilisation to optimise usage and drive operational efficiencies. Collaborate with the Cloud Forecasting & Reporting Manager to ensure resource needs are aligned with project pipeline volumes. Proactively identify resource gaps

based on upcoming projects. Develop regular resource capacity reports

to CMOO Director on resource utilisation, capacity and any potential bottlenecks to inform decision making and adjustments. Key interfaces and ways of working: Coordinate with the Cloud Forecasting & Reporting Manager to

align resource planning with forecasts . Work with project managers, Professional Services and Cloud Ops to ensure resource availability and allocation. Engage with stakeholders to communicate resource plans and address any issues. Implement best practices

for resource management and optimisation. Qualifications

Skills, knowledge and experience: Strong

organisational and project management skills

to manage resource allocation across multiple projects and ensure timelines are met. Experience in optimising resources to achieve commercial and customer outcomes in a SaaS model. Excellent

problem-solving

and

decision-making

abilities to provide quick, effective solutions to resource-related issues that could impact project success. Experience in technical resource management. Additional Information
