Cloud Support Engineer , you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure for their clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, ensuring the smooth operation of cloud environments, and collaborating with the wider technical team to deliver exceptional support and solutions. Key Responsibilities : Provide first and second-line support for cloud infrastructure and services. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud platforms such as

Azure

and

AWS . Assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud solutions. Collaborate with the technical team to implement and maintain best practices for cloud security and performance. Monitor cloud resources and ensure service uptime and reliability. Document solutions, processes, and knowledge to improve team efficiency. Requirements : Proven experience in IT support, with a focus on cloud technologies. Familiarity with

Azure

and

AWS

platforms. Knowledge of

Windows Server ,

Linux , networking protocols, and virtualization. Experience with

CI/CD pipelines ,

scripting

(e.g.,

PowerShell ,

Python ), and

automation

tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with new cloud technologies. What they Offer : Competitive salary between
