Cloud Technical Lead
to join the team on a contract basis. In this role, you will: Conduct evaluations and assessments to establish a baseline of skills across development teams that interact with the central Cloud Infrastructure team. Design and develop learning pathways to address skill gaps, focusing on Azure, DevOps tooling, and Terraform. Facilitate and deliver upskilling initiatives, including hosted training sessions, individual and team assessments, and ongoing development plans. Collaborate closely with teams to ensure learning programs align with their goals and support continuous improvement. Act as a mentor and trainer, equipping team leads and developers with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. Details: Remote first with occasional onsite visits £500 - £600 per day (Inside IR35) Strong experience with
