Job Description:
- Ensure smooth running and operations of the club on a day-to-day basis
- Drive New Member Sales
- Deliver Member Journey proposition through Fitness, Personal Training and Group Exercise Strategies
- Recruit, Develop & Coach Team Members
- Drive retention strategy for the business
- Manage Profit and Loss for the club to deliver key stake holder returns
- Passion for Fitness and Living The Brand
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
