We are looking for an experienced Manager who can demonstrate a high level of experience when running their own club, with an understanding of the levels of service needed to make their business a success. Ideally, you have worked in high-end club management before and have a real passion for it. You must be a strong leader and people motivator, who can get the best from a team but also be willing to roll up your sleeves when needed. Pre-sales experience is ideal, and we are looking for people from club management, fitness management, and operations management backgrounds - who have worked within high-end facilities. This role will include the following:
Driving club growth through quality membership sales Increasing member retention through member engagement Local area marketing planning, execution, and outreach Generation of community-focused initiatives Club operations and presentation Maintaining club presentation to the highest possible standard Maintaining equipment functionality and servicing Management of Personal Trainers & Group Fitness instructors Assistance in marketing and development of personal trainers Maintenance of weekly Group Fitness timetable If you have a passion for fitness and a drive to succeed, this is the role for you!
