This opportunity will see you responsible for the day-to-day running of the facilities, inspiring and managing the team to drive high performance, provide excellent levels of customer service, and consistently go above and beyond to deliver. We are looking for an experienced Manager who can demonstrate a high level of experience when running their own club, with an understanding of the levels of service needed to make their business a success. Ideally, you have worked in high-end club management before and have a real passion for it. You must be a strong leader and people motivator, who can get the best from a team but also be willing to roll up your sleeves when needed. Pre-sales experience is ideal, and we are looking for people from club management, fitness management, and operations management backgrounds - who have worked within high-end facilities. This role will include the following:

Driving club growth through quality membership sales Increasing member retention through member engagement Local area marketing planning, execution, and outreach Generation of community-focused initiatives Club operations and presentation Maintaining club presentation to the highest possible standard Maintaining equipment functionality and servicing Management of Personal Trainers & Group Fitness instructors Assistance in marketing and development of personal trainers Maintenance of weekly Group Fitness timetable If you have a passion for fitness and a drive to succeed, this is the role for you!
