London City Up to £40,000 + up to 50% monthly performance bonus + benefits We are looking for an energising and ambitious Cluster General Manager to take operational and commercial responsibility for two high-end holistic boutique fitness studios in London City. The business has so much potential, and company has ambitious plans to move onto a global stage so this could be a fantastic development opportunity for the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities Ensure the day-to-day operations runs smoothly ensuring the studios are safe, immaculate and always in great working order. Create a first-class customer experience leading by example as the brand ambassador. Recruit, coach, develop and inspire your teams to believe in being the best versions of themselves every day. Promote the brand through outreach, events and partnerships, building a strong community along the way. Manage the studio budgets. Analyse business performance with reports and provide insights to the senior team with recommendations on how to enhance performance. We would love you to apply if you have: A high energy personality, who is business minded and passionate about health and fitness. Operations experience within a quality health and fitness or leisure environment. Team leadership experience, possibly as a Club Manager, Boutique Studio Manager, Leisure club Manager, Deputy General Manager or commercial fitness Manager. Exposure to managing budgets and commercial targets. Live within commuting distance of London City A flexible approach to work as shifts will be required including earlies, lates and weekends.
