As a Maintenance Manager, you will take responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, the upkeep of its facilities, and the management of the maintenance team to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently and guest expectations are met during their stay. Your responsibilities will include: Allocating responsibilities to the team Completing the daily jobs list and preventative maintenance schedules Liaising with contractors Ensuring health and safety compliance You must be organized, an excellent communicator, and a hands-on manager with great attention to detail.
