The role Our Cluster Revenue Manager is accountable for maximising total profit of a designated portfolio of hotels through effective management of pricing, inventory, systems and processes. The role reports directly to the Director of Revenue and Customer Excellence. This role will be based remotely with national travel required to our UK properties and Commercial Hub (NN6 7XR). Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Develop, monitor and adjust sales and pricing strategies based on sound commercial judgement through effective analysis to ensure RGI targets are achieved. Ensure professional and efficient utilisation of all systems, in line with the Kew Green way of Revenue Management. Carry out effective information gathering and analysis order to identify and maximise on all possible opportunities and minimise any risks. Engage actively with hotel teams and senior leadership team members in all revenue decisions by maintaining regular communication to effectively implement optimal strategies and controls. Drive incremental EBITDA, RevPAR, Total Revenue and Fair Market Share performance. Who we’re looking for The ideal candidate will have previous experience as Revenue Manager with ability to grow market share and budget delivery. Understanding of IHG / Marriot / Hilton or Accor revenue management system(s) is desirable but not essential. An excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to interact effectively with stakeholders across the business.
