Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities As a Sales Executive, you will: Conduct detailed market research to identify potential business opportunities and client accounts. Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in implementing sales strategies and initiatives. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through effective use of research, CRM tools, and virtual communication. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and content that showcases hotel facilities. Manage and nurture a portfolio of local accounts, focusing on retention and growth through virtual meetings, calls, and online networking events. Collaborate with the Commercial team, Revenue Manager, and Marketing Executive to align on key strategies and maximize business impact. Attend and contribute to virtual events, webinars, and client meetings as needed, ensuring professional and personable delivery. Record activities and results in the CRM system to track progress and improve strategy execution. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will: Be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn within a supportive team environment. Demonstrate strong analytical skills to understand market trends and competitor behavior. Excel in written and verbal communication, with confidence in virtual presentations and calls. Show innovation in prospecting and developing leads through digital tools and platforms. Possess a keen interest in hospitality sales and a desire to progress within the industry. Bring a customer-focused mindset, always striving to exceed expectations. Preferred Experience Sales experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage but not essential.
