Job Title: Cluster Team Manager (Must be a driver) Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per anum (depending on experience) Reporting to: Area Registered Manager Location: Hertfordshire At Aspirations, we provide personalised support that leads to positive outcomes for adults who need our help most. As a Cluster Team Manager at Aspirations Care, you’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities to live the best life possible. The ideal candidate will be a role model to others, demonstrating excellent support to those we support, and you will help the Registered Area Manager to coach, support, and manage staff teams effectively. You will work a minimum of 1 day a week with the amazing people we support and the others you will work off shift. We provide 24/7 support to some people, so you will need to have flexibility to work shifts on a rota basis, including nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays. You will report directly to the Area Registered Manager for the registered location and will work cohesively with a team of senior support workers/team leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the service. Main Duties & Responsibilities You will have delegated responsibility for the direct supervision and line management of a team of Support Workers. Alongside the Registered Area Manager, you are responsible and accountable for monitoring, maintaining, and providing the highest standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery, while promoting independence and choice to the people supported in the service. As a senior member of the team, you will always promote and lead good practice, ensuring that the people we support and their colleagues come to no harm and that the people we support are satisfied with the level of support they receive by acting as an exemplary role model. As Cluster Team Manager, you will: Have experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities Have experience with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans Have good IT skills and experience of maintaining records to be successful in this role Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or an acceptable equivalent), OR can achieve this within 18 months of appointment What we can offer you: 2 x salary life cover (up to individual state pension age) Access to Aspirations Perks, our exclusive discount scheme with fantastic discounts in supermarkets and high street retail stores.
