Centre Manager As the Centre Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the smooth running of the centre, ensuring both the academic and activity programmes are delivered to the highest standards. You will manage and implement company policies and procedures, ensuring they are followed, while leading a team of dedicated staff. You will be the point of contact with the venue and the representative of the company to the venue and our clients. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organised, calm under pressure and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Director of Studies (DoS) As the Director of Studies, you will lead the academic programme and oversee the teaching team. You will ensure students are placed in appropriate classes based on their levels and needs, and that lessons are prepared to a high standard. The DoS will observe teachers at least twice during their employment and provide constructive feedback. You will support teachers in their lesson planning, lead weekly workshops, and address key teaching issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and strong managerial capabilities. Activity Manager As an Activity Manager, you will ensure the successful delivery of our activity and excursion programme. Working closely with activity leaders and teachers, you will ensure that all activities are executed to a high standard. You will liaise with external agencies, ensure all necessary equipment is available, and assist the Centre Manager in ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a varied and engaging programme, ensuring all students have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and strong managerial capabilities with a young team. Qualifications

Centre Manager This is a senior position that requires a high standard of professionalism and commitment. Degree plus 2 years previous experience in a similar role. Activity Manager The Activity Manager is one of high responsibility directly concerned with the welfare and enjoyment of our learners as well as the training, support and management of all Activity staff and staff assigned to social duties. Degree + managerial experience. DOS Minimum requirement DELTA, (DELTA/Dip TESOL Equivalent preferred) plus a degree level qualification or equivalent, 3 years+ experience in a Young Learner environment. Assistant Director of Studies (ADOS) You will support the Director of Studies managing the academic programme and the teaching team. Your responsibilities will include student placement, supporting lesson planning, and assisting with weekly teacher workshops. Salary and Benefits

The below figures exclude statutory holiday pay of 12.07% and training and completion bonuses. Full board accommodation provided. Managers will be required to attend a training course in Ramsgate prior to starting in their centres and complete 4 online training sessions. Centre Manager between £850-£1000 per week based on experience. Activity Manager £800-900 per week based on experience. DOS £800-900.
