Role Purpose / Skills
Expertise in BMC Discovery (ADDM) and Atrium CMDB. Experience in improving quality of data in CMDB. Experience in extracts to/from CMDB. Experience in data feeds to/from CMDB from other systems, such as WSUS, SCCM, AD. Knowledge of ITIL configuration management practices. Strong troubleshooting and data reconciliation skills. Experience with scripting/automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell). Familiarity with ITSM tools like BMC Remedy ITSM. All profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
