Client Overview: The Company is an established precision manufacturing company in Tamworth that specializes in gears, splines & threads used for demanding & high-profile industries. Due to growth, they are looking to add an experienced CMM programmer with a quality background in the Aerospace and Motorsport Industry.

The Role - CMM Programmer: Optima is looking for a skilled CMM Programmer with a quality background to join our Precision Manufacturing client based in Tamworth. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, evaluation, and operation of CMM's (QCT / Mitutoyo Software & desirable state-of-the-art Gear measuring Machine).

Quality Technician's Checklist: Programming and use of Coordinate Measuring Machines (QCT and Mitutoyo software) Experienced Quality Technician Experience of AS9100 Rev D, ISO9001: 2015 & ISO17025: 2017 Working with First Article Reporting methods (Aerospace and Automotive) Utilize the business ERP/MRP system Experience of CMM programming & state-of-the-art Gear Measuring Machine measuring Experience working with Aerospace / Automotive OEM's Working within a team of 7 quality-related personnel Can produce FAIRs to the requirements of AS9102 and PPAP's (Levels 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5) Good organizational skills Team player
