CNC Turner Programmer / Setter / Operator
Two Positions Available (NOT SHIFT WORK)
* Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 07:45 to 16:45, Friday 07:45 to 12:45
* Night Shift: Monday to Thursday 16:45 to 01:45
General:
Create programs online and Set / Operate CNC Lathes. Stainless and nitriding steels cutting experience. Produce first-off components for inspection. Ensure components are produced to the highest standards as per specifications and drawings. Inspect components during production to ensure drawing/spec requirements are maintained. Skills / Experience:
Experience with Programming, setting, and operating Mazak CNC lathes. Conversant with Mazak Matrix & Smooth Controls Advantageous. Ability to read and interpret engineers' drawings and tolerances. Proficient in using a wide range of measuring devices and inspection techniques.
