Set up machines and ensure smooth production cycles. Adjust machine settings for optimal performance. Feed materials and operate semi-automated machines. Inspect parts using precision tools. Test machine operation periodically. Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues. Spot and rectify machine-related mistakes. Maintain records of output and defects. Safely operate cranes and forklifts. Key Tasks:
Health and Safety: Comply with safety regulations and maintain cleanliness. Notify Production Supervisor of any maintenance concerns. Core Functions: Adhere to quality procedures and work instructions. Efficiently operate machinery and tools. Produce components accurately as per specifications. Complete necessary paperwork promptly. Perform machine maintenance tasks. Utilise computer terminals for data management. Assist in stock control and investigation. Support training initiatives.
