Robinson Talent Partners is currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: CNC Operation:

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to ensure high-quality precision manufacturing. Programming:

Write and adjust CNC programs to optimize machining processes for efficiency and accuracy. Quality Control:

Conduct inspections of finished products using measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances. Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, troubleshooting issues as they arise to minimize downtime. Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure alignment on project specifications and timelines. Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of production data, machine settings, and quality inspections. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of CNC machinery, programming, and tooling. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Experience with quality measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
