A market leading company based in Bootle is seeking a skilled CNC Operator/Machinist to join their growing team.
Part of a global group, my client specializes in the manufacture and supply of award-winning composite doors and fire doors for commercial and residential markets. The company is going from strength to strength with exciting growth plans for their UK site.
As a result of this, they are growing their CNC team and are seeking an additional Machinist to join their team.
Your role will involve:
CNC Machining Using other machines such as beam saws and edge banders Quality Assurance / Control Maintaining work areas to ensure a safe and productive environment Willingness to participate and promote better working practices and improvements Focusing on producing a quality product in line with the production planning schedule whilst ensuring targets are met
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
CNC Machining Experience Wood, timber, furniture manufacture, composite, or injection moulding experience would be useful Programming knowledge would be ideal Enthusiasm to help improve production processes Good communication skills
This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday, on a morning shift of 6.00 - 14.00 once training is complete. You will be offered a good salary and package, as well as the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
