As a CNC Machinist - Miller, you will be responsible for operating and setting up large CNC machines such as
DMG DMC 160U ,
WFL 120 / WFL 65 , and
MAZAK E500 . You will play a key role in manufacturing and machining precision components, adhering to tight tolerances, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of the production process. Essential Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience working with
large CNC machines , such as
DMG DMC 160U ,
WFL 120 / WFL 65 , and
MAZAK E500 . Strong ability to
read technical drawings
and accurately measure components. Experience working to
tight tolerances
and using measurement tools. Basic understanding of
CNC programming
and machine setup. A proactive and positive attitude, with the willingness to receive further training. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. A valid passport and ability to undergo a
DBS check
as part of the application process. Your tasks will include: Operating CNC milling machines, including DMG DMC 160U, WFL 120 / WFL 65, and MAZAK E500. Reading and interpreting technical drawings to produce accurate components. Measuring, adjusting, and maintaining tight tolerances. Basic programming and machine adjustments.
