Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer / Machinist to join our dynamic team. The role involves programming and operating XYZ CNC milling machines and lathes, as well as conventional (manual) machines. The successful candidate will play a key part in producing high-quality, precision parts, from bespoke one-offs to small batch work, and will be integral to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Program XYZ CNC milling machines and lathes using manual programming and AutoDesk CADCAM software, where necessary. Set up and operate both CNC and conventional machinery to produce parts, ensuring high-quality results. Perform quality inspections of parts, ensuring they meet required specifications and standards. Provide support to other team members and departments when available to ensure smooth production processes.

Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in CNC programming is essential. Strong background in milling and turning, with experience on both CNC and manual machines. Ability to accurately measure and inspect components. A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork. Flexibility and a positive attitude towards job responsibilities, including working hours (overtime opportunities available). Previous experience is a plus, but we also value a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
