Dependent on Experience Our well-established client services the Aerospace, Defence and Marine Sectors. They are looking for an enthusiastic and driven CNC Mill Turner Programmer/ Setter/ Operator to join their growing team! CNC Mill Turner Programmer/ Setter/ Operator Roles and Responsibilities:
Programming, setting and operating CNC Mill/ Turn Lathe machines with FANUC operating control system to produce turned components to customer drawings and specifications. Producing offline and online CNC programs. Inspection of your own work to drawing and SPC requirements. General high standard of engineering ability – fully skilled. Maintain your area to a high standard of 5C/5S. The ideal CNC Mill Turner Programmer/ Setter/ Operator will:
Be adept with FANUC Controls. Have solid experience in the aerospace industry. Completed a recognized apprenticeship in mechanical engineering. Knowledge and experience of Edgecam software/programming (desirable). Working knowledge of Nakamura machines with bar feed (desirable). CNC Programmer Benefits & Way Of Working:
Full Time, Permanent Position. 8am – 5pm. Flexible Working. 5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays. Pension Scheme. Sick Pay.
