Role Overview: As a 5-Axis CNC Miller, you will: Program, Set, and Operate:
Advanced 5-axis CNC Mills (Mazatrol and Fanuc) to produce precision, multi-axis components. Analyse and Optimise:
Interpret blueprints, apply GD&T knowledge, and collaborate with the engineering team to refine machining processes. Maintain Standards:
Ensure the quality and accuracy of finished components, making adjustments as needed. Uphold Safety:
Adhere to company policies and safety regulations. Contribute to Excellence:
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
What We're Looking For: A*-B in Mathematics. At least 5 years of experience programming, setting, and operating advanced 5-axis CNC Mills. Proficiency in Fanuc and Mazatrol programming (advantageous). Strong GD&T and blueprint analysis skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
