The Role: As a CNC Miller Programmer, you will play a key role in the production process by setting, operating, and editing programs on a range of milling machines and lathes, including Heidenhain, Bridgeport, and Hardinge equipment. You'll work with engineering drawings and have the opportunity to edit programs on the fly to ensure precision and quality in all outputs. Full training will be provided for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes (Heidenhain, Bridgeport, Hardinge) Edit and modify CNC programs to meet production needs Work from engineering drawings to produce high-quality components Ensure safe working practices and adhere to company standards Optional overtime available to increase your earnings Collaborate with a friendly and skilled team within a growing company The Person: Proven experience as a CNC Machinist (Miller or Turner) Ability to edit CNC programs (Heidenhain experience desirable) Experience with Bridgeport and Hardinge machines is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work from engineering drawings Looking for a stable, days-only role with opportunities for progression Benefits: 4-day working week (Monday-Thursday, 7:15 AM - 5:15 PM) Optional overtime for extra earnings Competitive salary with opportunities for career growth Comprehensive training and development programs A supportive, team-oriented work environment This is an ideal opportunity for a CNC Machinist seeking a great work-life balance and a rewarding career within a reputable and stable company.
