Key Responsibilities
Program, set, and operate CNC Vertical Milling Machines efficiently, including setting machines for operators. Read and interpret both metric and English engineering drawings accurately. Produce precise CNC programs using OneCNC CAD/CAM Software XR6 to meet customer specifications and deadlines. Machine your own jigs and fixtures for projects. Assist in developing and refining manufacturing processes for optimized performance. Train and support other team members in all aspects of the cell. Required Knowledge & Experience
Proficiency with Haas and Dai-Lih VMCs (Fanuc Controls). Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment. Personal Attributes
Strong communication skills. Flexible, with a positive "can-do" attitude. Adaptability to new technology and the ability to meet timetables and deadlines. A commitment to continuous improvement and best practices. Hours & Benefits
