Position: Shift, Permanent
Hours of work: 36 hrs per week – 3 days
Days of work: Friday / Saturday / Sunday
Overtime: Available, Regular
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC machinist to join our team who can program, set, and operate 3 AXIS milling machines. The successful applicants will be required to read technical drawings which you will program, set and complete jobs to the high standards that we have set. You will be using modern equipment to produce small to medium-batch-size orders in a variety of materials assisted by CAD/CAM. (ONECNC & Hyper mill).
This role would also suit someone who wants to learn CAD/CAM programming as we can develop the candidate's skills.
With the support of a well-equipped inspection department and other highly skilled teammates by your side, you will enjoy having everything you need to get the job done!
Qualifications & Skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Demonstrate a sound knowledge of work holding, tool selection, speed & feeds, quality awareness and time management.
Knowledge of CAD/CAM is an advantage (development and training can be provided)
Be competent in Heidenheim/FANUC controls.
Maintain a clean and safe environment.
Work to tight deadlines.
At times, be able to work “lone wolf” under pressure.
To have a flexible approach.
