MAIN TASKS OF JOB:
Setting, operating CNC machines including programming adjustments. Responsible for the manufacturing of components. Ensure efficient CNC machine operation. Inspection of all components produced using the necessary equipment within the department. Understand the Quality Procedures and the need to comply with all aspects of the procedures. Investigate deviations from the procedures and take remedial action making recommendations for system improvements to ensure there are no re-occurrences. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all records/reports. Comply with all aspects of Health and Safety within the department. Ensure company safety policy/manual is adhered to. Maintain a high standard of housekeeping within the department. Maintain acceptable standards of behaviour, attendance, time-keeping etc. Comply with all the company regulations as set out in the Employee Handbook, Quality Manual, Work Instructions. Any other duty as directed by management. Relevant Skills and Experience for this position:
Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally with Production experience. Experience with CNC machines/Programming. The ability to be flexible for more than one task at a time. Excellent communication skills. Strong awareness of Health and Safety. Working Mon - Thursday Days
