A variety of shift patterns are available: Days, Nights and Weekends (48 hours per week) Benefits:
Shift premiums available Overtime available at premium rates 25 days holiday + bank holidays PLUS MANY MORE!
Your responsibilities include:
Setting, operating and editing 4 and 5 axis Milling machines using Fanuc controls Machining small to large-sized complex parts in low batch sizes using various materials such as Aluminium, Stainless Steel, and Titanium for precision industries such as Aerospace Machining to tight tolerances Working from engineering drawings Working on multiple setups (2-3 per day) Successful applicants MUST be able to demonstrate:
Must be able to set, operate and edit 4 and 5-axis CNC Milling machines Experience working with Fanuc controls Previous machined complex parts for precision industries including Aerospace, Motorsport, Nuclear, MOD, Oil, and gas, etc Previously worked with Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Titanium Experience with machining to tight tolerances Confident working with small to large-sized components in low batches Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings Desirable:
