9pm - 7am, Monday to Thursday We are supporting our client, a leading Injection Moulding manufacturer based in Sutton Coldfield, who are looking for a CNC Miller to join their growing team. The successful CNC Miller will have experience of one-offs, CNC Milling and Programming. Position Overview:

As a CNC Miller, you'll be a vital part of the toolroom, ensuring the seamless functioning of our equipment and facilities. Your primary focus will be on CNC Milling and programming. Responsibilities for CNC Miller: Maintain standards of Housekeeping and Health & Safety Manufacture new tooling to engineering drawings in line with timing plans Carry out proactive maintenance and upkeep on milling machines Liaise with toolmakers, CAD/CAM programmers and Designers Investigate issues to find root causes and pass information back to the design department and management Maintain tooling to the correct standards and keep stock of all tools and holders Report any concerns, issues and repairs Work in a systematic fashion following any available instructions Maintain cutters and equipment Meet Health and Safety standards and support others to do the same Assist other areas of the business when required About You: Essential: Time-served toolmaking apprenticeship Time-served CNC Miller Setter, Operator Programmer Understanding of technical drawings 5 years CNC Milling setting, Operator Programmer experience Toolroom based CNC Miller Desirable: Manual milling experience EDM experience Wire experience Bench experience IOSH training Six Sigma training 5S training Proficient with Hurco Plastic injection mould tool experience Job Application: If you would like to be considered for the role of CNC Miller, please apply with your full CV or call us now.
