As a CNC Operator you will be required to:
Set up and operate Fixed Head CNC machines to manufacture precision components in line with engineering drawings and specifications. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability. Monitor machine output, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot any issues. Collaborate with the production team to achieve deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet all quality specifications. We are looking for a machinist with:
Proven experience as a Fixed Head CNC Machine Setter and Operator. Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and machining processes. Capability to perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment. High attention to detail with a focus on quality control. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
