CNC Setter/Operator
Our established and well-known international automotive manufacturing client is looking for a permanent full-time CNC Setter/Operator to join them on the shop floor to strengthen their existing team.
You will be reporting directly to the Senior CNC Setter. The CNC Setter/Operator will be the first response to any minor automated issues that affect CNC operation on shift. A core member of the team, you will be responsible for the processing of castings on site, whilst ensuring a safe working environment is maintained, meeting their high-quality standards. You will have experience with ABB robots, CNCs, straightening presses, and be able to train when required.
Whilst monitoring CMM/GOM reports for quality issues, you will make offsets to maintain hole positions, recover the CNC machines from faults and report issues, change broken tools, check hole size with the correct gauges, and recover ABB robots from emergency stop position and operation of all aspects of automated lines.

Hours Nights 10pm - 6am
Salary £25,879.55 plus 33% Shift allowance
