Key Responsibilities:
Independently Programme & Operate CNC Hurco Mills:
Utilize your expertise to programme and operate 3-axis VM20i & 5-axis VMX30Ui CNC Hurco Mills with precision and efficiency.
Employ Conventional Programming in WinMax, utilizing DXF files to execute complex machining tasks seamlessly.
NC Programming & Fusion 360:
Develop and execute NC programming using Fusion 360 to meet high-quality standards and specifications.
Machining Expertise:
Demonstrate your extensive experience machining materials such as aluminium and plastics, including handling free-issue parts with meticulous attention to detail.
Tool Management:
Effectively manage tools and setups, ensuring optimal performance and tool longevity throughout the machining process.
Technical Proficiency:
Leverage your ability to read and interpret technical drawings, translating them into high-precision machined components.
Organisational Skills:
Exhibit strong organisational skills to manage workload efficiently and maintain a well-structured work environment.
Engineering Hygiene:
Maintain a keen eye for detail and uphold rigorous engineering hygiene standards to ensure flawless execution of machining tasks.
Reliability & Punctuality:
Demonstrate unwavering reliability and punctuality, contributing positively to the production team’s success.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in CNC Milling of aluminium parts is essential.
Skills:
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and senior management.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 22:00 – 06:30 Friday: 17:30 – 23:30
Benefits:
Competitive salary of £38,000+ (based on experience)
