Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC programming and machining, with proficiency in operating various equipment and tools.
Duties:
Develop and write programs for CNC machines based on engineering specifications
Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes, milling machines, and other equipment
Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime
Collaborate with team to optimize processes
Qualifications:
Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks, for program development
Experience with CNC programming and operation, including Fanuc controls
Knowledge of machining processes and tools, including lathe and milling machines
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Familiarity with fabrication techniques and power tools
Forklift operation experience is a plus
