CNC Programmer/Setter

Birkenhead.
What our Client is offering the successful CNC Programmer/Setter Up to £16.68 per hour Monday - Thursday 7am - 6pm, Friday 7am - 2pm Permanent role 25 days holidays + bank holidays Company pension Free parking Overtime paid at x1.5 after 38 hours The Role - CNC Programmer/Setter Programming and operating CNC machines Working with CNC turning & milling machines Working with 3-axis or 5-axis CNC machines Working on Fanuc, HAAS and Heidenheim controls Maintain all production paperwork Ensure daily preventative maintenance procedures are maintained Maintain gauging and measuring equipment What we are looking for in a CNC Programmer/Setter: Previous experience working in a similar role
ESSENTIAL NVQ level 3 qualifications in CNC machining or equivalent
BENEFICIAL Experience of working in an engineering machining environment for a minimum of 3 years.
ESSENTIAL Experience of programming Fanuc / HAAS / Heidenheim controls
ESSENTIAL Experience working with 4th/5th axis
BENEFICIAL Experience of working with a variety of material types.
ESSENTIAL Key skills or similar Job titles:
CNC Programmer, CNC Programmer/Setter, CNC Miller, CNC Turner, CNC Machinist, Manufacturing Engineer, Precision Engineer
