Job Opportunity: CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator

A precision machining company specialising in complex, small-batch, and prototype work. We work with components ranging from small parts to up to 2 meters long, in all engineering materials.

Role:
CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:30 - 16:30 (up to 18:00 with overtime) Friday: 7:30 - 12:30 (up to 15:30 with overtime) Saturday: 7:00 - 12:00 (overtime only) Overtime Rates: Weekdays: 1.33x Saturdays: 1.5x Pay:
Up to £22 per hour (weekly paid). Holidays:
4 weeks + paid bank holidays (1 week reserved for Christmas shutdown). What We're Looking For:
Must-Have Qualifications:
Regular use of CAD/CAM software. Computer literacy. Experience with modern CNC machines. Background in precision CNC environments. Apprenticeship served (or equivalent experience). Team player with excellent communication skills. Lives within 20 miles of Ongar. Owns a car and holds a valid UK driving license. Fluent in English and entitled to work in the UK. Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Proficiency in Autodesk Fusion 360 or FeatureCAM. Strong knowledge of Haas 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines. What We Value:
