CNC Router Programmer/Operator using Fusion 360 We are seeking a skilled CNC Router Programmer/Operator to join our precision engineering team. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to operate and maintain CNC machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality components that meet client specifications. This role requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues effectively. Key Responsibilities: Blueprint Interpretation:

Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models to understand product requirements. Machine Setup:

Load raw materials onto the CNC machine and set up tools and equipment. Programming:

Input product designs into computer modeling software and adjust machine settings for optimal performance, including speeds and feeds. Tool Selection:

Choose and load the correct cutting tools for each job. Quality Assurance:

Conduct quality control tests during manufacturing and on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve issues during the manufacturing process to minimize downtime. Maintenance:

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of CNC machines to ensure longevity and reliability. Training:

Assist in training new staff on machine operation procedures as needed. Compliance:

Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Operator in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design documents. Extensive knowledge of computer modeling software (e.g., CATIA, Autodesk). Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Flexibility to work after hours when required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Desirable: Experience in high-precision, one-off production for industries such as foundry tooling or automotive.
