CNC Service Engineer

What You Will Do:

Plan and execute service visits to meet and exceed customer needs. Represent the company's commitment to excellence during on-site service, carrying out maintenance and calibration on cutting-edge machines. Engage in major axis rebuilds, including replacing motion components like linear rails and ballscrews. Provide detailed reports on service activities, maintaining accurate logs of work done. Collaborate with department managers and other teams for continuous improvement in the service department. Offer exceptional customer service and problem-solving for modern multi-axis CNC systems.

What You Will Bring:

A minimum of Level 3 apprentice training or equivalent in competence for working on mechanical and electrical systems. Experience in a machine tool service role, with direct customer liaison. Proficiency in operating, maintaining, and building modern machine tools. Desirable: Experience with Fanuc control systems and tuning PID loops on servo controls.
