CNC Setter Operator

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist with gear cutting expertise to join our dynamic team in Egham. This is a full time, permanent role. Key Responsibilities: Operate and set up CNC machines for gear cutting and other machining operations Interpret engineering drawings and ensure work meets required specifications Carry out inspections to ensure parts are produced to high-quality standards Maintain and ensure proper operation of CNC equipment Work to tight tolerances and deadlines Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times Collaborate with the team to drive continuous improvement Key Requirements: Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a focus on gear cutting Proficient in operating CNC machinery (including Mills, Lathes, and Gear Cutting Machines) Strong understanding of technical drawings and measurements Ability to work to tight tolerances Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Benefits: Competitive salary up to 38,300 per annum Permanent, full-time position with a stable and growing company Opportunity to work with cutting-edge machinery and technology Positive and supportive team environment Opportunity for career progression
