The Just Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a Machinist / CNC Setter / Operator for their client based in Great Dunmow, Essex.
Working Hours:
8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday. Finish at 3.45pm Friday (38 hours)
Role will involve: CNC & Manual turning. Setting and operating a 2 axis CNC lathe and manual lathe by following a setting sheet. Working with cast resin, steel, brass, aluminium, & plastic. Batch sizes usually 1-20 off. Some high tolerances on diameters. Ability to read engineering drawings; experience of repairing tooling to engineering drawings is beneficial. Performing pillar drilling, tapping, polishing, cleaning, and other tasks as required. Cleaning down machines and work areas at the end of the day.
